Thank you sir, for this opportunity. I am Sindhu from Bangalore. I did my B.E. in Computer Science from City college of Engineering. I had completed my plus 2 from Christ Junior college and secured 97%. My father works at Wipro and my mother is a teacher.My brother is studying in the 10th standard. I love swimming and won medals in various inter-school and inter-college meets.

Sir, I have done some internships and hence have a bit of industry exposure. So, although a fresher, it will still be easy for me to adapt to the new environment. I am also a quick learner and I am confident I can contribute effectively to the Companys growth through my knowledge and skills. I am a strong team player and have led teams for technical and cultural activities during my college days. I will be a great player in any of the teams in your company, if given the opportunity.

My weakness is that I am too detail oriented and a perfectionist, which sometimes slows down my work. I am trying to correct this by putting more emphasis on priority and planning.

Sir, if the Company requires an urgent project completion, I have no problem working nights and weekends to complete the same. Otherwise, I would like to rest and spend time with my family during weekends, which will only increase my focus and efficiency at work during weekdays.

Yes, but not immediately. I want to start working now. Some time in the future, I plan to take up part time studies which will benefit my line of work.

Time management is one of my strengths. I plan out what I have to do for the whole week. I prioritize my tasks which helps me to be more efficient. Since I manage my time in a goal oriented way, I am always on track and rarely miss a deadline.

I am very organized with my time and work. I keep my desk organized and always have everything in acertain place so I can locate things easily. Being organized with my work schedule and time helps me to work efficiently.

The area I am disorganized is probably my computer desktop. I usually have so many icons everywhere. My file cabinet is also a bit unorganized since I tend to put things in there haphazardly when I am busy. I need to organize both of these.

I am good at dealing with change because I am a quick thinker and flexible with my work and abilities. I am not afraid to learn new and difficult things. Whenever there is a change of any sort, I quickly analyze the situation and create a plan to handle the change smoothly.

I work well under pressure because I do not panic. I work as efficiently as possible by prioritizing and organising my work. I have no hesitation to work overtime to meet the deadline.

First and foremost, I gather all the information I can find. Then, I apply my experience to analyze the situation. I would not hesitate to consult my team members before arriving at the best decision possible.

I believe I am a very orgnized person. I like to know exactly what I am going to do for the day and the week. I organize my workload by priority and deadlines so that I can produce good quality work in the amount of time I have.

Sir,according to me, an ideal Company is one which provides a good environment for work, lots of opportunities to enhance the skill and abilities of the employees and where the suggestions and ideas of the employees are respected. Location does not matter, since I can adapt to any kind of environment.

No sir, I do not think I am overqualified. As a fresher, I have only theoritical knowledge and I would like to gain experience on the practical aspects of this knowledge, So, I am qualifed but not overqualified for this job.

Sir, I get angry when someone blames me for something that is not my fault. But I know how to handle such situations and control my anger.

Sir, according to me, it is not enough if a team leader just manages people and projects. He should be capable of taking initiative and communicating that vision to his team members. He should have strategies to translate that vision into reality. He should inspire others, make tough decisions and motivate others.

Sir, if I am hired, I will use my initial days to understand my role carefully with regard to my contribution to the completion of the project within the deadline, which will definitely impact the Companys reputation and growth. Sir, as a fresher I might not have all the experience, but I am very good on the technical front. I have done a few internships and projects during my college days.
